Acadia Digital Marketing strictly prohibits the use of its platform for SMS content related to:

  • Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
  • Alcohol (unless legally permitted and carrier-approved)
  • Firearms, weapons, or explosives
  • Tobacco, vaping, nicotine products, or controlled substances

Merchants are contractually required to comply with these restrictions.

  • Service providers acting on our behalf under strict confidentiality obligations
